On rare occasions, you may wish to waive a required subprocess for an applicant.
Workflow admins can waive a subprocess when needed. Just navigate to the process page, and at the upper left where the subprocess information appears, click on the 3 dots. Then you'll see the "Waive requirement" option appear. Just click that and the subprocess will no longer be required for that applicant.
If you find yourself waiving subprocesses frequently, you may want to make the subprocess conditionally required or change the conditions that trigger it. Learn more about setting up Subprocesses here.
