On ClearForms, which Team a workflow is part of determines what Branding (Name and Logo) is displayed at the top left of the screen, what the URL looks like, and much more.

It's also at the Team level that you set up your government's bank account to accept permit and license fee payments. If a workflow is on a Team that doesn't have a bank account connected, payments will fail.

If you're not sure which Team your workflow is part of, simply look towards the top of the page when you have the Workflow open in edit mode - if the Team name isn't the right one, you can Duplicate the workflow and move it to the correct Team from the Actions tab.
