While some governments using ClearForms have processes where applicants only apply once, most have many workflows on ClearForms, and at times applicants will submit multiple applications for one or more workflows over months or years.
In order to make sure that your applicants' dashboards are as easy to navigate as possible, please make sure you toggle the Public Identifier setting on.
You can find this option under each workflow's Settings tab. Just toggle on Public Identifier option. This will only work if you've picked a field to use as an Identifier on your own admin dashboard!
