On ClearForms, we have a setting that allows access to search the information in our system to staff who aren't directly involved in the process.
To protect the data, we offer the option to require validation of your email to ensure that only authorized staff have access to this type of search.
If you've been directed to a custom ClearForms search page, you'll be asked to enter your email, and we'll send you a validation email if it matches what the workflow administrator has set up (for example, we'll validate that you have an @lacity.org email to access City of LA search pages.
