If you're having an issue with one or your fields showing up empty or blank or missing on your customer PDF Output, it may be related to the way you've labeled your field in the reference PDF document that you upload into ClearForms.
Fields will not map correctly if the field in the PDF document's name has anything other than letters or numbers it may not map correctly.
Your field will NOT map correctly if the field label in the PDF includes:
Slashes of any sort / \ |
Operators + * = - etc.
