Applicants will often have questions about your workflows and anticipating and answering those questions up front can reduce your administrative workload.
ClearForms recommends setting up FAQs (Frequently asked questions) for each of your workflows. You can probably anticipate some of these FAQs in advance and you'll probably want to keep adding more over time. There's an FAQ tab on each workflow Start page.
If you notice that more than one person has submitted the same question you may want to consider creating a new FAQ. Here's how these appear to applicants and how to set them up:
You can access the setup options for FAQs under Settings / Support from the Workflow page. You may add as many FAQs as you'd like.
