Sometimes a formula on ClearForms (for a fee payment or other calculation) won't return the value you expected and instead shows as "Undefined."
The most common cause of an undefined result is that the formula is built using a number field that's included in a conditional section - and in for the individual process you're seeing that conditional section wasn't required/ completed.
To resolve the issue please remove the conditional terms from the formula (the field or question that's in the section or step that is only sometimes visible/ triggered by logic) and replace it with a field/ question in a non-conditional (always required) step. (Hint: use Default Values to pre-fill the most common answer to the question to make data entry easier for your applicants).
