Before you can accept payment on a workflow there must be a government bank account connected to the Team for that workflow.

Please note that this account access needs to be added every time your government creates a new Team. For example if your colleagues in the Transportation Department are already using ClearForms for their permits but you've set up a new Team for your government's Building Department you'll have to connect your government's bank account again to the new Team (even if the bank account is the same).

If you don't have permissions at the Team level please contact the person at your government who added you to ClearForms and/or reach out to the ClearForms team via chat and we'll help you figure out who can provide you with the correct access.
