As part of a Review step, when the Reviewer approves or rejects and halts a process, they are given the option to send the applicant a message.
Many times it's convenient to pre-fill an Approval or Rejection message for your Reviewers, especially if the reasons or communications around Approval/ Rejection is usually the same or similar.
When you're determining the membership and settings in a Review step, you'll see that there's an opportunity to Add Approval Message and/or Add Rejection Message Simply enter your standard message into the box and hit Save.
We do not offer a standard Request Changes setting, since those messages will always be specific to each process. Hopefully these settings streamline your Reviews and speed up your workflows.
