All ClearForms workflows (except those set to have Open Data disabled) allow the public to view information collected as part of those workflows. (Read more about Open Data and the Stats pages on ClearForms here).
Administrators have the option to also allow for Public Search on each workflow's Stats page, giving the public the ability to find specific information relevant to them in a workflow.
Here's how to turn on that option for your constituents:
Select the workflow you'd like to enable Public Search on from your Workflows section, then open the Settings tab. Scroll down to the bottom to the Public Data Search Settings and toggle it to "On".
You also have the ability to add instructions to help users find what they are looking for before searching. These instructions will appear right above the search box on the Stats page of the workflow.
Once you enable searching, the public will see the Public Search tab as an option on the Stats page.
