Some forms or processes on ClearForms require you to sign your name before submitting and moving on to the next step.
When prompted for a signature, you can sign with your mouse or with your finger, depending on what kind of computer or phone you're using to connect to ClearForms.
On your phone or tablet, use your finger to sign your name in the signature box.
On your computer, use your mouse or touchscreen to sign your name. You may have to click and drag with the mouse to get your signature to work.
