If someone else in your organization is already using ClearForms, you may have been sent a link to set up your account via email. If so, please follow the links in the email! We strongly suggest adding the ClearForms homepage to the shortcuts/favorites on your browser.
You can also create an account and get started from our main home page: https://citygrows.com.

To create a new account, click the “Sign up and get started” button in the top right hand corner.

Click whether you work for a government or municipality (most likely yes)

Click which type of government you work for. Click next and enter the name of your government.

You will then be prompted to answer a variety of optional questions, such as what you are interested in CityGrows for and how you found the site.

You will then be prompted to create an account:

Complete the form and check your email to verify your account.
To log in, click the “Log In” button
If you don't have an account, click sign up at the bottom to create a new account.
Pro tip: If you end up on the site and you notice that the URL starts with “go” - e.g. https://go.citygrows.com/dashboard = that’s the site as it appears to residents/ constituents. Just get rid of the “go” at the beginning and, or, click the “Looking for your admin dashboard” at the top of the screen.
To sign up on a mobile device:
1) Hit the three lines at the top left of the screen

2) Hit "Log in"
3) If you have a prior ClearForms account, you can log in here. If you need to create an account, hit the "Sign up" lettering on the bottom of the screen

4) From here, you can enter your email and name as well as create a password for your new ClearForms account!
